Hi girls!

I cannot even begin to explain how much I appreciate all of the words you write on here. I learn so much from each and every one of you through your posts and comments. I am completely overwhelmed with the outpouring of love, support, and prayers you all have been so kind to give me. I had a long life chat with one of my good friends tonight and I realized while I was on the phone with him that I'm a lot stronger than I think and that no matter how much I worry, things are going to end up okay. Its easy to get caught up in sadness and fear, but God wouldn't throw me anything I can't handle, so I might as well enjoy the ride as much as possible.

Lately I have been posting when I feel like I want to give up, and it is so incredible to read all of your comments. I don't know how you girls do it, but everything you say is exactly what I need to hear. Its so refreshing to have such compassion from total strangers.

I haven't slowed down much since everything happened. I'm so thankful to be back in school and its going great. The crutches are gone, but I'm still doing Physical Therapy twice a week. And football season started so I could not be happier! I am doing Race for the Cure this Saturday in Tulsa and a ton of my sorority sisters have signed up to do it as well as other friends. I am designing "ChiO for the Cure" shirts in order to raise money to be donated to the Susan G Komen foundation. But all in all, my spirits are back and my life is full of blessings. You girls are my inspiration. Keep posting your amazing stories and words of wisdom and keep fighting the breast cancer beast like the rockstars that you ladies are!

I agree with our sister, we've learned so much from you. You've been inspiring us. So glad your spirit is back and you're enjoying each day as much as you can. That's the way to do it, and although it's hard I know we can - plus we have each others support.

It does my heart good to see you posting and to see how positive you are. You are amazing! And, I truly mean that!

You just keep up that positive attitude, keep fighting and know that the pinkies are all here for you anytime, day or night.

I am SO glad to hear you are doing well and are back in school. That is exactly where you should be when you are 20 years old. It is great that the Chi Omega sisters are supporting you in the Race for the Cure. There is certainly something to be said for the Greek system. While you are entitled to be down and blue after all you have gone through and are going to go through, we can all learn something from your upbeat/inspirational attitude.

It's great to see you back and in such great spirits. While we are here to support in any way we can, you are really the inspiration. So glad you have all your sisters supporting you. It's also great to hear the crutches are gone.

You are stronger than you realized, we all are, which is something this journey has taught all of us.
