    If you can't go after three days... I think you should see your local doctor if that's possible straight away. That's what I've been told.... :)

    After Three Days
    Oh my goodness, I'm feeling terrible after just one day I'd never be able to go three days without pooping. To me constipation is one day, probably should have stated that earlier - that's my fault. Thanks for your comment.
