Are you on any vitamins besides taking a multi-vitamin?

I take an aspirin, a multi vitamin, vitamin C and D every day.
The multi vitamins kind of upset my stomach. I might try the pre natal ones. Thanks Heather for that tip.
Hugs, Diane
My onc has me taking MEN'S One-A-Day because while it has lots of anti-oxidants it has nothing to promote estrogen. I was E+ and am on Femara to supress estrogen. (That means no soy too) I also take a fiber supliment and he just added Fosomax once a week. He may add calcium and "D" after a scan but is watching that because I already take in a lot of calcium with milk, yogurt and cheese. -

I saw them at Walmart the other day. Also at Wal-greens, but check your Walmart first. They are cheaper usually. You can also buy such things on the internet if going out is a problem.
Thanks cabbott! I will look for some of the cranberry pills. -

Thanks sisters! I think I am going to talk to my oncologist to see if I should be taking more vitamins. Seems like so many of you take Vit. D.
Thanks again!

Vitamin EHeatherbelle said:I have been taking pre-natal
I have been taking pre-natal vitamins for years - for some reason they're the only multi vitamins that I've ever taken that haven't made me nauseous!
Per my oncologist's advice, i recently added a vitamin E (400 IU) daily - she told me that it may help with my hot flashes - and it IS working!!!
*hugs*
Heather
Heather,
I have been taking Vitamin E since my 40's. I am not going to tell you how much I take, which has been increased over the years, but It does definitely help with my hot flashes. I do not want to influence any one as far as dosage. I think it is great that it is working for you at 400 IU daily.
Lots of Hugs,
