Hi Carlene,
we're both batting gold. 12 today for me too, down from 17. (Unlike you, I've never been lower than this.) Recently find myself feeling unusually depressed though. Don't know why, whether it's getting over a cold or chemo adding to it. Onc. said one more round of chemo (two weeks each with half strength of the carbo/taxol) then looking to have a PET scan. I've not had one of those before, only CT scans. Can't have MRI due to pacemaker inserted last year. May end up having the debulking surgery that you've had. Taking it a day at a time.
And a point at a time. 12 is good.
Keep it up

LOL, Leesa. Cheaper by the dozen, huh? Whoever said that about kids was WAY off, though!
I just wish I had had a CA125 sometime in my life, BC (before cancer), so I would have an idea of what a normal value for me might be. My doctor(s) tell me that this may be my norm, may have always been my norm, and that millions of healthy women, if they were randomly tested, would score higher than a 12.

Good for you, Carlene! Did Dr. Sabbatini say whether or not the CA-125 is affected by the vaccine?

The vaccine trial is phase I, so who knows? His guess is no, however.
