My hair only continued to thin. I have places that are thinner than others...on top in the front, the crown, and by my ears are the worst. It got to where I felt I didn't like it to show so that's when I did the cut in this picture and went hat shopping. That was about a month ago. Soo.....since then I have cut it two more times! Now I have a boy haircut. lol....I am not going to shave as it thinned enough to go really short but I felt ok about not shaving. I cut it short so that when it does begin to grow back it will be more even and not look so shaggy. I may even trim it again an 2 or 3 weeks and so on until it is all the same length.
Whatever you decide it will feel so much better! I felt so thin and ugly. I felt like the cancer and chemo was in control so I took charge and didn't care what it looked like when I finally went to the salon. And I know when I see the ladies with very short hair or bald I sooo look up to them and admire their inspiration. I know if they can do it then so can I. And so can you
Love ya, Gail
well ok maybe i wont go totally bald then, but hey if i do as long as those tumors are shrinking i shouldnt complain about my hair...Godbless...johnnybegood -

Our male counterparts hate to say they had shrinkage, sometimes though, it's a "good thing"
Lightheartedly,
Winter Marie
I hear you Marie, when I saw "shrinkage" I had to read it..I thought, it cant be what Im thinking. For the first time with a man that word is good news -
