you might have already prepared them looking at the time, but I would suggest a light batter and cooking them in Canola oil.
Hope they were good!

Hi Annette,

Hi Annette,
Can you ask your doctor about this? Some onc. nurses are also very informed. Also the ACS has nutrition info online in case you haven't checked it already. Sounds like you're wanting those oysters!! Best of luck with finding the info you're seeking and I hope you get to eat those oysters. Wish I could help...

Just a bit of awareness, I don't have fact, but consider and research for yourselves to make sure you are doing all you can for your health.
My naturopath/herbalist/blah , blah blah, many initials behind her name....yelled at me when I said I was using canola oil for cooking and making popcorn. She says heat changes the molecular structure into a cancer causing agent. She said that canola oil is only meant for a salad dressing oil and any oils I use for cooking should be olive oils. Of coarse she mentioned others but because they were the only two I used most often my mind shut after she ok'd olive oil. I know online in some places it says it's ok, but I do trust her education. I have worked with her for 10 years. Good luck to all of you!0
