Fentanyl lollypop

Some time ago someone on this site spoke about Fentanyl lolipop, used for breakthrough pain.
I cant for the life of me remember who it was.
Anyway id like to know if anyone has used this,
but used this under conditions of mucositis (not just as a pain kiler) and if so did it burn.
