in Breast Cancer #1
I was told that I was in remission on 02/09/11 from stage 4 breast cancer. On 2.28.11 Mets were found in my brain. For the first time I will have to do radiation on my whole brain for 4 1/2 weeks staring 3/2/11. I never had radiation. I fought my breast cancer for one year by doing 16 rounds of intense chemo treatments. And now some how it manage to get in my brain. I don't understand but I will not worry and leave it in God's hands. I believe that I survived 16 rounds of chemo.. Therefore I can do 4 1/2 week of radiation. Right?

    One day at a time, Sylvia.
    One day at a time, Sylvia. God will help you each moment, each hour, each day. Live each day fully, praise God and thank Him for it. He is the source of all our life and light. You can survive this. You seem to be a very strong person. Don't focus on the negatives, just try to focus on each positive. You made it thru chemo and you can make it thru radiation, one treatment at a time. I will pray for you, God bless you each moment of each day.

    I am also stage IV and I too keep getting more and more of this on my plate. With each new event I am coming to the same conclusion, turn it over to my God, and use my strength to get thru each day!

    Hey SylviaD, I saw your Post
    Hey SylviaD, I saw your Post and I surely will be Praying for you, do you mind my asking what type of Breast Cancer you have and Mercy to be told on one day you were in remission and 11 days later you have a met to the brain, Bless your heart..I had two types of cancer had a lumpectomy and it was malignant in the first node still undergoing medication went thru my chemo and 38 radiation treatments now on Arimedex. I personally believe that with God all things are truly possible yes, SilviaD you can do this you have a lot of positive strength coming your way thru Prayers Love ya and Praying for you....
