I've tried running off and on since my surgery but I still feel like my mid section is all bouncy (I think it's all in my head that I think because I lost all my female stuff and then some that everything left is just slopping around down there.) Ahh the tricks our mind does on us. Well you have inspired me..I am going to run...tomorrow. Susan
