Hmmmm, where did i leave off. It seems like the board has been very quiet, which is a good thing, although i do see some posts from old friends. Well, i had A doctor visit and chemo on Tuesday and I am continuing to improve, in fact, I may be done this round of chemo sooner than i thought, he said maybe early spring, YEAH!!! I do not know what is next, i am feeling better and my labs are coming back normal, organs are functioning well. I am having a break during the holidays, next chemo is not until Jan 4, 2011. I am loving it, so this will be a wonderful New Year, break out the tequila! My house is decorated, shopping almost done, it is great not having to work during the holidays. I hope that everyone has nothing but good news to share and are having a wonderful holidays!

    so nice to hear that things are looking better. Your spirits sound positive and it sure is nice to be able to enjoy the holidays without thinking about chemo and dr appts! I see my onc on Jan 4 to discuss which A1 to take and to have my port flushed. I'm glad to hear you may be getting a break from chemo. My last chemo was Tuesday. I had Neulasta shot on Wednesday and today my joints ache and legs are rubbery. Hubby went to get a tree and put it up. I'll decorate tomorrow. Met w/rad/onc yesterday and he thinks I need 5 weeks of radiation despite having had a bilateral mastectomy. But we will think positively, right! Wishing you and your family a very merry Christmas.

    Hi Meena, im glad they are giving you a break for the holidays and that your treatments got shorter...Wooo Hooo! Mostly that your improving...that is just the most awesome news yet!!!!!
    I think 2011 is going to be a new outlook for most of us on this board...i know it will be for me...oh and do mind strawberry daquires instead of tequila...cuz that stuff does a number on me...hehe!

    My house is not decorated , I will have a treatment- Zoladex shot on 23 and I will be working on 31.
