You'll be fine! About the only thing with the sentinel node biopsy that was of concern to me is that the back of my arm was numb for quite some time (maybe 4-5 months). But, gradually the numbness went away and now I have total feeling back in it and it's as good as new!
The surgeon did mention that I had a nerve in an unexpected place so perhaps that's why my arm was numb in any case it's not numb anywhere whatsoever now.
Hoping that your surgery is over and you are resting comfortably. Praying also for a clear path report.
