My onc decided I didn't need the 8th r-chop treatment. I'm still in a little shock about his decision. He said because of the good pet scan after 6 treatments that it may do more harm than good to do the 8th treatment. I have pretty bad neuropathy in my hands and mainly my feet. He also said since there is no cure the extra treatment may not make the remission last any longer either. Well I guess I had my last chemo and didn't know it was the last one.
Hi Bob,
Thats great! No more chemo...good for you! Stay away from sick people and get plenty of rest and enjoy your Thanksgiving...much to be greateful for. Thanks for sharing and keeping us updated. Best wishes...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-5/10)
