Sounds like you will be on the Folfox combo. That is the same combo my hubby was on. He also had 5FU. You won't lose you hair, at least most don't, so don't spend money on a wig just yet.
George continued to work full time while on this combo. It affects everyone different. Fatigue was his biggest enemy.

I didn't lose my hair
at least not the hair on my head,tho it changed from curly to very straight. No one in my family has EVER had straight hair! However, I lost much of my body hair, eyebrows down... All has come back to "normal", tho it took about 2 years for the curls to return.
Hair loss is not a common side effect of this regimen.
