    Actually I posted on my facebook, to remind myself I was cooking tonight and not to forget, the last two meals were a bit on the charred side. Um, posting on the facebook didn't help, but my son walking in and asking what was cooking, did stop another dinner from burning. (glad he dropped by tonight LOL)
