Amazing Grace
That is surely a miracle. 90 yrs old. That's hard for anyone to recover from. bile backup is like a toxin, and with all the other complications besides. Am truely happy for you and your family. Esp gpa and gma. You take care of yourself and rest. Was glad though you were able to be with him. Katz0 -
Yes, a true miracle! Thanksms.sunshine said:Love it Love it
One thing I have learned is never count the older generation out until they breathe their last breath. God has appointed to all a time to be born and a time to die. I guess Gods date and the doctors just wasn't the same. You have been given the honor of having your gpa a little while longer.
Glad to hear you are ok and the drains are out.
Take care Jennifer
Yes, a true miracle! Thanks for telling us about this! Enjoy your grandpa!

How is Gpa today? Glad he's doing better.
He is eating, talking and siting on the edge of his bed...doing GREAT!
They moved him out of critical care and today he is doing good enough that they are releasing him into a nursing home...only cuz he cant walk yet and cuz of course my grandma can take care of him but she cant lift him...so the nursing home just for a short while till he can at least take a few steps on his own.
Thanks for asking Laurissa0 -

So happy your grandpa is doing well. He is doing things on his terms. How wonderful. He seems like a special man with a very loving family. I've heard that people with lots of family support survive illness at a higher rate than those who are isolated. I believe it. Enjoy your time with him and remember to take care of yourself as well. Hugs.
