Now, what is an ostrich weekend/summer?
Ostrich= hiding head in sand, pretending not to see anything, and with limited awareness of what is going on around me! It is my Cancer Treatment Plan! LOL Until September, anyway! I try and apply that to my life on Fridays and not come back to any reality until Mondays! Concerts, going out to dinner, movies, anything to fill up my time and life with things which have no bearing on The Beast! Today, for example I spent a lovely 90 minutes at my Book Club...no mention of chemo, or scans, or anything! I heartily endorse Ostrich hours, days, weekends or weeks~ however long we can safely stretch them out!
Hugs,
Chen♥ -

Congratulations, Chen. "Who would have thunk".....Tamoxifen bringing your markers down that much. We all are here every time you post, just to hear what is going on in your life. I am so glad to hear that the news is good, and that your next appearance at the oncologist isn't until September. That, in itself, puts a smile on my face. Hugs, Judy -

Yea, Chen! Joe and I were delighted and grateful for your news. You keep following that horoscope (which actually includes plenty of ostrich time, I am certain). Have a wonderful summer season, you and Reggie.
p.s. I like the ostrich time. Thanks for sharing!
