I had amy meeting with my plastic surgeon yesterday. It went great. We are tentavely scheduling a prophyllactic mastectomy on my right breast with the pedicule flap for the other side also. I have been through mastectomy, chemo & rads & I will be a year into my diagnosis in July. I am very scared about it all, but all my dr.s think I do have a risk of re occurance since I have bilateral lobular cancer. For me, it will be a relief to have my breast gone. Since I lost the other one last year, I just don't want to be afraid all the time. Thanks for listening.
