Breast Milk for Antibodies?

Hello. I was reading that people have been buying breast milk for the antibodies it has in it. I know that milk banks are selling the milk and I wanted to get on here and see if there is anybody interested in trying the milk for a faster recovery from chemo? I am currently breastfeeding my son, he just turned a year old and I don't think he will continue to nurse much longer. Before I discontinue my supply, I would love to donate my milk to somebody in need. I know that the milk banks sell the milk (and it's pretty expensive), but I would like to donate it. I will take any test needed to assure whomever that the milk is safe.
If anybody is interested, please respond. Thanks, and God bless.
