Turquoise is the ovarian cancer color.
I really hate to admit it after all the stir I have caused on these boards but.....I am colourblind. I can see red and anything with red in it. I see blue as green and vice-versa, so the only colour I really see for true is turquoise. Sorry but a horse trying to stand on your head can really mess things up. Hugs Jxxxxx -

My bc was on left side and I am right handed too.
OK, you're both exceptions. Sorry - I mean EXCEPTIONAL!!! :-)
Please note that I did twice use the phrase "vast majority"... So, I guess this means that you're both in the minority regarding my useless BC factoid.
Kind regards, Susan -

I just know you're gonna ROCK THEIR SOCKS!!! (Not quite sure what the heck that phrase means; but, I hear it a lot...)
Yews/taxus?!?
Well, maybe a bit of sap rubbed off on you while you were planting, providing a bit of a boost to your chemo, eh?
Kind regards, Susan -

OK, chetra - you, too, are an exception. No, EXCEPTIONAL!!! :-)
Of course you're very tired. Chemo & rads beat up the body. Try to get as much rest as you possibly can. Rest/sleep helps the body to heal. Hopes & prayers your way.
Kind regards, Susan
P.S.: Congratulations of completion of rads! And best of luck to your group, good for you! -

Marcia.......I am too, but that was the side I had surgery and at first it was unuseable, now it is just vulnerable. I can't write with my left hand though, it looks like the scrawl of a 2 year old......I now carry anything heavy with the left hand, takes some getting used too after 46 years of being totally right handed dunnit???? -
Yes, my left hand is stupid.tasha_111 said:Right handed

I am left handed and had bc
I am left handed and had bc on right. Are we doing a survey here, lol.
How about Ta Ta warriors.
Tasha down here in Charleston they had an article in the paper about a non profit group that goes around planting gardens for people who are battling cancer. The woman who started it did it in honor of her mother who died of breast cancer because her mother loved to look at and sit in her garden. -

Tasha would plant a turquoise garden, not a pink one.
And, I'm the one who posted the useless BC factoid about "right vs. left"... Which, at this point, I totally regret (not really! it seems to have been at least somewhat entertaining). By the way, MY own BC was right side - and I am right-handed. So there!
Just kidding, of course. :-)
