Has anyone developed gout far after treatments?

Looks like this is what I am looking at now, gout, or so the facts are starting to suggest. Just what I need a whole other set of physical issues and corresponding treatments and 'shoulds and should nots'. Dang. It is one of the most, if not the most, painful form of arthritis apparently and I can attest to part of that. Apparently uric acid crystals form in the joints and also kidney stones may occur, which I just had - my first one - oh that was special. YIKES. Was just interested to see if anyone else developed gout long after treatments? Chances are it has nothing to do with treatments too but just wondering. Blessings to all, Blueroses.
