Hi Everyone..I will be seeing the doc tomorrow to discuss my upcoming hysterectomy. One of the things his nurse mentioned to me was that he wants to discuss this type of surgery. I looked on the internet and everything I have read sounds like this would be a wonderful alternative to the usual "stab and poke". Have any of you guys heard of this or had this type> Hugs, Cindy

    hey
Not sure about this surgery but when I had a total hyster. they did it with a laproscope on a Thursday. On Saturday, I went to Costco and on Sunday at 4 was floating at the beach on St George Island. I did have to be careful but it was easy. I walked slow but felt good. I hope your surgery goes well for you.

GHi Cindy: Is this Da Vinici surgery the one that is done thru laperoscopy? If so, my niece had it done and she has two tiny scars. And her recuperation time was 2 weeks. She actually felt a minimal amount of discomfort. Hugs, Lili
