Migraines gone after chemo!

I was treated for Hogdkin's lymphoma with ABVD chemotherapy 5-8/2006. Before that I used to have frequent migraines 1-2 times a week and little to no help from the attempts with several preventive drug regimes.
However, soon after the start of the chemo, my migraines disappeared completely and haven't returned up to this date.
I've been wondering if it's caused by the chemo damaging blood vessels and making them more stiff, so that the intracranial vessels can't painfully expand anymore, as it happens during a migraine attack. Or is it just a coincidence.
Whatever the reason, I'm very glad -something good about cancer!
But I'd be interested to know if anybody else has had a similar experience of migraines disappearing after chemo?

I too was a migrane sufferer, not quite as often as you but about once a month. I was treated for small bowel adenocarcinoma Jun 05 - Dec 05 and Sept 06 - Dec 06 and my migranes have gone away. I thought it was just a coincidence but I still haven't had one.
Another good thing about my cancer is my psoriasis goes away while I'm on chemo. Unfortunately it comes back after a couple of months off chemo but not nearly as bad as it was before I had chemo. Gotta find the positive in any situation!

I am also a survivor of adenocarcinoma of the small bowel (6 years) and (praise God) am still clear. Did you have surgery? I had 1 foot of my small bowel removed and chemo.
