A group of cancer survivors (and their friends) have gotten together and launched a new website, specifically for long-term cancer survivors. It includes information on getting appropriate health care after cancer treatments, a reading list, a Q&A, a list of providers specializing in cancer survivors, etc. I hope you will find it helpful.
