    Welcome Nutren2.0
Hope the group here can be of help and support for you. Looks like you're only a few months past treatment. There are those here who were back playing team sports, and others who couldn't get off the couch without effort at your time. I was one of the couch types. I had treatment residual fatigue for about three months. Felt like I had just finished hiking 5 miles uphill. I hope your recovery, at whatever stage, is going well for you.

    best, Hal

    Welcome to the club
I found that my cancer - nasopharyngeal cancer - and I have to say that it was the best thing that happened to me - I mean I almost gave up... But my sweet wife refused to let me and forced to continue with treatment – I am now in my 4th year of remission)))

all teh support I got from others with cancer, their caretakers, the medical staff and my fellow co-workers and friend - that all got me through it

So if you have cancer - consider yourself bless to be in such an elite group of survivors!!! And celebrate every day that you are here - and treat everyone your friends with and love as though this would be the last time you see them - never leave in a huff, or angry - and never get too serious about stuff - cause none of us get out alive anyhow;-) but we have been bless to know that our time could be short.

    Welcome!!!

and Heathy New Year. Sorry for the cancer but glad that you found this site. Some great people here, willing to share what they went through and what helped them (and fishing pictures when it is the right season!).
