I have an exceptional nurse that helped me in every way during my first bout with chemo, spiritually, mentally, personally. This would be a great tribute to those that serve in a field where there is not a lot to smile about........Love to ya sweetheart.......Buzz...

Thanks for posting this. My colon cancer nurse navigator is incredible and has made all the difference in me making it through FOLFOX, and now FOLFIRI and Avastin. She has helped with so many different aspects from financial information to researching drugs to help with my hypersalivation on FOLFIRI, to researching the rare syndrome I got from Oxy, to attending my appointments with my onc and writing my list of concerns on the white board and helping advocate for me, to starting up a colorectal cancer support group. I've never been able to thank her properly - I will nominate her!
