PET SCAN
Sue,
I started grinning ear to ear when I heard Vinnys great news. Yes it gives us all something to look forward too. He went thru so much crap with the fevers and down days and low bloods that I am sure will start to come back up now that his body can rest from all those chemicals.( Don't mean to sound like Vinny in a third person way, but I know he will read this and I am sure he will get a smile on his face) It was getting worrisome at times with all those ups and downs. I had my pet scan yesterday and go in tomorrow for the results. I will be sure to let everybody know what it says. The SUV was down by 2/3rds after the midway scan. I am hoping the other 1/3rd is gone too. John

YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
Oh Vinny, I am so happy for you. I think this not only makes your day but mine as well. And all of us on this board as we have all been praying for your PET to show "REMISSION".
Now it's just a matter of time for your blood counts to rebuild. You have had a rough road my friend but now it's time for that happy dance. I have a smile on my face from ear to ear. Thank you for sharing this with us.
I know you will have a great day.

I am so incredibly happy to hear this. I guess it was all worth it after all. I had a feeling about you. Isn't it just so hard to grasp? I remember feeling so ecstatic and so confused at the same time. Remission is the best word. Keep on resting and rebuilding. It will come. Mary(FNHL-1-4a-8/08)

You too Vinnie
Great way for me to start my saturday morning. You and john have put a great big smile on my face. I am so thrilled to hear all this good news from both of you. Both of you certainly have paid your dues.
If you don't mind, is it possible to post your DX? I am trying to keep track for my own piece of mind. And not having everyone repeat in every post. If not, that's OK too. I understand.
