Where in the World Are You ~ Locations of Residence
Just an idea mind you, but perhaps there would be interest in starting this topic of locations. Letting everyone know where you are located. Maybe even getting together for a lunch or even sitting in on a treatment for support if desired.... I know that Hondo and I have met and had dinner as I have with Illoozions whom happens to be in my hometown. Anyways, just a thought, like others on here, I guess having cancer, going through this treatment and recovering has left me with a feeling of enjoyment in sharing my knowledge and experiences. It's a bond similar to being in the Marine Corps or service to me. It's a bond that you can't really experience or appreciate unless you have been there and done that.... Central Florida myself, Lakeland.... John

PA
Live on the outskirts of Philly in the suburbs. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and Kim while I was going for a follow up appointment. Mark had already been through his operation and looked pretty darn good for what he had been through.
I hope to catch up with Jim in Delaware some day when I go to visit with relatives down there.

Like the John Denver song says about the Shenandoah Valley (river).
I believe that is the one. Believe it or not I have only been to the river about 3 times. I used to live in the country and loved it. When I turned 24 I bought my grandparents house and it is almost in the city of Winchester. That has been about 10 years ago and I still miss the country.0 -
Location
Baton Rouge, Louisiana. (But, I'm a native of Nashville, Tennessee.)0 -
Left coast
I'm 40 miles north of San Francisco in Petaluma (Sonoma County), gateway to wine country (Napa is 15 miles east of me). Gorgeous country, mostly agriculture (was once the chicken capital of the USA - http://www.petaluma.com/history.html) but it is the home of Telecom Valley (AFC, Calix, Cisco, etc.). Every April they put on the 'Butter and Egg Days' parade and festivities, which makes the American Heart Association cringe. Home to Wynona Ryder (I know her mom) and Tom Waites (he's up in Occidental and you might see him sipping a cup of coffee if you breakfast at Howard's).
Best,
