    I'm Lisa42 and was dx in Aug 2007 when I had just turned 41 with stage IV colorectal cancer w/ multiple mets to the liver and lungs.

    I am Beth Stage 4 CC survivor, NED since June of 09 if you count from the end of my chemo treat ment, or November or 08 if you count from my last surgery. Either way I am NED, got test this week, so please keep me in your thoughts.

    Lisa, you are ALWAYS in my thoughts and prayers, but this week I will be saying extra prayers for you.. Take care my friend..

    You drew the "short straw" and ended up with me:)

    Well, whatcha gonna' do, right?

    We walked around Fort Worth yesterday and saw the sights and people of the Super Bowl - made me think of our time at CP8. We went back and walked through the hotel and tried to get into the Cabo, but it was a madhouse down there. Streets were jammed packed, but it was a taste of what it was like. It was strange to see my town populated with Steeler and Packer jerseys in Cowtown:)

    Anyway, it brought back sweet times for me - that's where I got to meet you and Wendy.

    CRC survivor/thrivor! DX Nov 2008 stage II going in tomorrow for my annual PET scan and the nerves are warming up. Bowels are still goofy but thinking positive thoughts. Thanks for this post!

    Stage IV survivor
    Nice idea Buzz. I am thinking of you all.

    Diagnosed Stage IV (liver met) 5/05
    Sigmoid colectomy 6/05
    6 cycles of Xeloda/oxaliplatin/Avastin - NED after 3
    Lung nodule showed up 11/08; Removed via VATS 4/17
    6 cycles Xeloda + Avastin
    Continuing on Avastin only every 3 weeks since 6/1/08
    PET scans every 3 weeks - NED as of last week
