Milk Thistle
Hi Tracie,
Gee, the only thing I know about Milk Thistle was that my Brother-in-Law used it as he was suffering from liver disease. I believe his doctor told him about it, and he used it for some time. If it we me I would ask my Oncologist what he/she thought befor using any herbs.
Thinking of you,

Herbs
Tracie,
I have heard of a lot of herbs that cleanse the body, but I do not take any myself. I do know you have to be careful with what you take because some herbs can actually cause damage to the body. I saw an article in a medical magazine a while back. It named several herbs but I can not remember what they were now. Maybe check for any side effects on the computeer of anything you take. Then again I do not know how accurate that info would be either. I do wish you luck and really feel for you with your pain. I know you are just looking for some sort of relief. I would be too.ONLY WELL WISHES TO YOU John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)0 -

I'm feeling a little better today, I've only had to take an ibuprofen today so hoping its a start to a good thing I have been using the milk thistle for a few days, not for sure if its helping or not. I think I'll be talking to the dr tomorrow to see what they think. Thanks!! God Bless0 -
Dr. Oz
I watched Dr. Oz this week and he had 3 Oncologists on and Milk Thistle was mentioned and the three suggestions they gave were eat two slices of gouda cheese, exercise 30 minutes 3x a week and right now because of blonde, chemo, old brain I can't think of the other. I will look at my notes. These suggestions were to keep the cancer cells everyone has in their body at bay. The gouda cheese really surprised me.0
