how to have inadvertent multiple posts of same message deleted

sisters,
i emailed the staff at csn asking about a delete button when we inadvertently send the same post multiple times. greta at csn responded saying we could email her and she'll delete the extra posts, just give her the url. so, that's good, not as good as being able to delete extraneous messages ourselves, but something.

When you edit your response, you can then highlight and delete the duplicate writing, and just write duplicate entry to shorten the amount of space. I have had to do this before.
thanx for the tip. i have tried that, but for some reason it hasn't worked. i must have omitted writing duplicate entry, which i will try next time it happens.
