Whenever I'm disappointed with my spot in life, I stop and think about little Jamie Scott.

Jamie was trying out for a part in the school play.

His mother told me that he'd set his heart on being
in it, though she feared he would not be chosen.

On the day the parts were awarded, I went
with her to collect him after school.

Jamie rushed up to her,
eyes shining with pride and excitement..

'Guess what, Mom,' he shouted, and then said those words that will remain a lesson to me....

'I've been chosen to clap and cheer.'

So folks, remember that here our lot in life has brought us to a place where we can clap and cheer (and sometimes shed a tear) for all who are here with us.

    In honor of Pete's Day
    I posted on Winter Marie's thread about the monthly celebration.

    Decided to 'honor' Pete by changing my avitar for a few days!

    just the simplest thing
    this was just the simplest little story but it just melted my heart as well and made me happy.

    we are all needed for domething whether it be the star of the show or the audience...who decides which one is more important? WE ALL ARE

    I would like to thank everyone here for their support and all of the wonderful information

    i get my daughter to read selected posts like month idea from winter.

    i'll get to read this, as well.

    we have been chosen to clap and cheer and to share and love to fillin all gaps and holes our medical systems leave for us.

    sharing our experience and understanding really saves lives.
