Chatrooms on American Cancer Society Website -Roomed Called: Extra Room For Other Chats

Friends,

I was thinking it would be really nice if we all got online for a live chat in the chatrooms sometimes. There is a new category room listed now called "Extra Room for Other Chats"-we could use that one (since I don't see uterine cancer listed). I never seem names listed in other rooms-seems everyone uses the main lobby.

We could agree on a nightly time to sign on and chat there. What do you all think?

    That sounds like a nice idea. I went on the chat once but I really didn't know what to say because it was a general chat board.

    Chat Room
    I tend to avoid them as have been on other message boards (not related to cancer) and as Cindy mentioned "general" chat or discussions occur.

    Set it up as I think it would be GREAT!!! Possibly like you mentioned, once per week in evening.

    How about Wednesday evenings 8 pm CST?

    What does everyone think about setting up a chat time for our uterine group in one of the rooms on the chatrooms.

    The lobby is general talk all cancers and different conversations.

    Thought it would be great if we could all connect, Jan suggested one night a week, what about Wednesdays at 8pm CST?

    It would take place in the room called "Extra Room For Other Chats," since there is not a gyno cancer room listed. Mostly because seem to gather in the lobby.

    Thoughts?
