Has anyone else been following Kris Carr and her amazing journey?

I am very impressed with all that she has studied and experimented with.
If you are looking for inspiration, you should definitely check her out.

I first found her years ago, she posted videos of her treatment on youtube.
And they didn't give her much of chance. She had a very rare cancer.

Fast forward about 8 years later, she has made a movie, has written several books,
has her own website. Which is a wealth of information. I love her video blogs.
This is great information to have.

I know some of you juice as well on here and maybe you can relate, but it
makes me feel amazing. I have actually replaced juice with my coffee. It
makes my belly tingle in a good way =)

Long story short, I want to use everything I can against the beast. So
I was wondering if anyone else has read her books. And she just came
out with a new Crazy sexy diet book. I want to buy it.

    I've heard so much good about juicing. Being a terribly picky eater I think this might be a good way for me to get lots of nutrients & goodies :)

    Knowledge IS power!!

    While her regime is pretty tough I have adopted some of her suggestions.
    Like the juicing and no coffee, I eat very little meat and then organic only.
    And I have to say, I am feeling great - not so sluggish!!!

    I am making a serious effort to cleanse my body. God knows we have
    ENOUGH toxins in our bodies!

    I would love hear everyone's opinion on her theory about the alkaline diet.

    I've seen a video of her journey. Yes all those greens she ate reminded me of my juicing. Havent read any of her books.

    She's amazing. I believe in using everything available to me to stay well. She is a pioneer in wellness in the face of an incurable cancer. Bravo!

    We do have to do everything
    We do have to do everything to keep ourselves healthy and be our own advocate. I will google her. Thanks for this info.

    You are welcome!
    I am going to buy her book today. It sold out on amazon some other
    online bookstores but I saw them at Barnes and Noble.

    Especially after our bodies are wrecked from chemo, I think we need
    to take special care of them. And there isn't much guidance out there
    on what to do after chemo.

    She inspired me so throughout my journey, I also watched her movie.

    I need to see more of what she has said. I just looked at one of her videos and liked what I saw and heard. Thank you for bringing her to this board.
