I've just returned home from John's Memorial. I just wanted to let you know it was beautiful. It was wonderful to meet all the others that John had touched in their hearts there.
Adrian did a wonderful job planning the Memorial. I was honored to be able to be a part of it. I carried the rest of you in my soul with me, so you could be there in spirit as well.

    It was a beautiful memorial. Very moving to see how such a diverse group of people were touched by John's life. Winter Marie spoke from the heart and represented us all well. Christopher and I got to meet Winter Marie. In person she is just like her posts. She is a beautiful woman and you would never know she is just a few weeks out from her major surgery.

    Bill, is was wonderful to meet you and Christopher. I did forget to mention that every chair was filled, and that there were so many, many people.
    And thank you, I hadn't planned to speak, but felt moved to do so. To let them know, that us, we, cared, thought well of, and loved John as our friend.
    It was a wondrous moment to meet Adrian, Bill, Christopher and Melissa, to come together. This makes me understand how the CP's are so special, a time for us to gather to see each and everyone in person. I hope someday to attend. And Bill, Christopher? We're too close together for us not to get together!!!!

    for representing us all at John's memorial. Both John and Adrian have a special place in my heart and it's comforting to know that you were present there and with Adrian.
