Hi William, we live in upstate NY. Between Albany and Syracuse. Our insurance does cover it. I have spoken on the phone to a representative and she checked it. Just feeling unsure of having my husband travel by plane for treatments, but at the same time wanting the best care for him.
The oncologist informed us that the needle biopsy he had done of the nodes tested positive for EC.
Just had a mini breakdown but am feeling better. Standing on Gods promises.0 -

Hi Sherri, they found the lymph nodes because we went to the ER one night after my husband had pain in his back and vomiting. The vomiting may have been viral and the pain may be kidney stones. Not for sure yet but see a urologist Friday. His back pain is intense.
They are not sure if any of the symptoms are related or not and may have found the nodes by chance after the scan they did. I will check into the doctor you mentioned. Thank you.0 -

Question
jesus4u,
Did your husband have chemo/radiation then surgery or surgery then chemo/radiation? How many lymph nodes did they take out and were any positive? What stage was your husband initially?
Thanks and sorry if this has all been posted somewhere else. My father is starting a second round of chemo post op.
