Hope everyone has a happy new year! Monday is also our 24th Wedding Anniversary, thing is, it's also my daughter Andria's wedding anniversary. No matter how convenient that date was, it was a mistake! I am presently watching her 3 kids for the week! (and one more)

Hmmmmmmmm!

And today is my Mom's 81st birthday!

    You have a LOT going on! Happy New Year! You're making me nervous about that anniversary deal. Our son and his wife just got married this past March on OUR anniversary. Will I live to regret that? *L*

    Gail, yes.sorry...you will! Our first anniversary together they wanted to go do dinner together, so off we went, we got the tab for double. The next anniversary they wanted to go on a vacation and we got the baby, the next anniversary, we said heck with it...we are going on a vacation alone! Not, we got the whole family. The next, we planned a Puerto Vallarta trip and they came with too, and the in laws. this year they are in Phoenix and I am with the kids. Next year, it's ours, for sure! Ha! HA!! I/m sure my fault too!! Just love them!

    Hi Raquel,

    Happy anniversary!! Hopefully you can go away together alone w/ your hubby soon!! I'd arrange it ahead of time before next year- no reason why your daughter gets to go away for her birthday every year and your anniversary gets overlooked!
    My husband and I celebrate our 20th anniversary on the 19th. No plans to go away, but it'd be nice if we could do something- maybe an overnight at one of the casino hotels on the Indian reservations- there are a couple of nice ones. Don't normally go there, but it'd be nice for an overnight.

    Hi Raquel, boy do you have your hand's full with all the aniversary, birthday, and kids. I bet the kids love staying with you though. I just loove to hear about people celebrating their wedding aniversary. It gives me some hope still.

    I can't wait to get together soon!! :)
