    Only if you wish me skinny back...lol... since starting the zoladex and femara I've gained 20 lbs... ugh!!! :0)

    OK...done!
    That is what I gained! I have spent a year trying to get rid of it and here I am still the same. Ughhh...it is so frustrating because I am increasing my chances of a reoccurance with the extra weight (did lots of research)! So now I am inventing my own diet. I am doing the color chart diet (catchy, huh?).
    Not allowed anything white, except 'white' meat
    Allowed everything Red, except 'red' meat
    Green is good!
    Blue is acceptable...
    Yellow is unlimited...
    Black should be avoided for a multitude of reasons!
    and Brown is reserverd for Mushrooms (my favorite fungi!!).
    No sugar!!
    So, I will see you 20lbs lighter next year!!
