I use the sinus rinse each morning and night. I just hate these big hungs of grossness stuck in my throat that I have to gag to get out. Its not very attractive lol0 -
Stayed with me
It has stayed with me for many many many years. Best option I have is using Ocean Saline Nasal Spray. I is over the counter at any pharmacy. I tip my head back and spray in nose until i feel it in my throat. Then do the other side. That will loosen it up and then blow your nose. I do that every so often then it does not get built up.
Good Luck!0 -

This is not one to use all the time as they say it can be addictive but Afrin helps me get rid of all big stuff in my nose...Costco has one like afrin but very inexpensive...works for me..just don't use it a lot...they say.. mel0
