CULKA -HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU!

Hi June
I'm still alive and well. Because of some scary stuff in my abdomen (I could feel something with my fingers under my rib cage) and complete ignorance from some radiation/onco resident I DID 21 DAYS FAST.
Water only. I reduce myself to 47kg (from 57kg, not bad), that stuff disappeared, body did major cleaning in place where I used to have my omentum.
I always complained about pain in my hips and tailbone. That was side effect from radiation and according this forum I wasn't only one. Only doctors didn't hear about it. So. that pain was gone too. Right now I can feel tailbone again, but hips are still pain free. During that cleaning time I thought that I will loose my kidney. It came in waves: terrible pain in hips, 10 minutes later kidney pain and again hips, kidney...all day. It was day 15 (October 21 to be precise) and after that I was pushing clock with my eyes to Oct 28 when I started to eat again.
I will tell you, experience of the life time, but I will do it again. My guru back home did 40 days last summer. His reason small cell lung cancer. 5 years ago they gave him 6 months to live. This was his 3 long fast plus he is doing one day every week.
If anybody want to follow, do your research first, it is not fun and it is not easy. Same like following Gerson therapy, lots of self-discipline and patience.
But no side effect like from cancer treatment.0 -

Wow! First of all, so glad you are okay. Same with me I still have those same pains although I did not do rad only chemo. I just completed my one year post op. Thank God, still in remission. I first would have to cut back on my bad eating habits and then go slowly. I went to Florida and my daughter went gong ho about the Gerson therapy. She is a lot like you, very disciplined, don't know where she got that from. I cannot imagine going 21 days with just water, I highly commend you, you must feel great. Okay, glad you are feeling well. Continue being well. Hugs, June.0 -

if your daughter is pushing you to Gerson therapy, go for it. You can't go wrong.
Main idea: push Na(sodium) out from cells and replace it with K(potassium). You will be surprised how everything is tasting good if you start eating without salt for week or two.
And all toxins have to go out through colon. Liver is busy and coffee enemas just helping to move toxins out.
You are not on treatment, so try little bit of Gerson, little bit of Budwig mix, some vit D, spend more time outside (natural vit D and more oxygen) moving around. Sauna, brushing dry skin, cold showers and all recommended food what we talked about here already and we have to be fine.
Love to all

I think for me to really start this protocol I would have to go there. I am wondering It must be expensive. Of course, I know it cannot hurt to do it, it will only help. You are making me think seriously about it. I still do herbs and green tea and tumeric and ginger. Please let me know what you think about the Gerson Therapy. I am feeling a bit excited. Thanks again June.0 -

Why do you wanna go there?
Go to library, check for their books, read, make notes or copy and you good to go. Only investment is enema kit, but that cost me whole $15.(I bought Greenstar juicer before)
If you are short of cash for organic apples and carrots (mostly used for juices), buy what is on sale. All that wrong stuff is staying in pulp anyway and you will be drinking their organic water (Norman Walker said that, not me).0 -
