The last one for Sue YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know the anticipation level is high and the energy level is low. but at least it is the last one. If you are like I was you will cross the finish line almost on your knees. 5 days of your favorite PRED. and then home free.(Be prepared for a couple of months of low energy with your body building itself back up,that crap HAS taken a toll.) You will get your scan and then be in remission. Now thats something to look forward too. GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!!! BE THINKING OF YOU. John(FNHL-1-4A-5/10)

Hi John,
Yes...I'm a bit anxious to say the least. I took the pred out of my sock drawer this morning and placed it on the counter in the kitchen. Laughed when I saw my sticky note...(pred in sock drawer) haha! You were right of course.. I'll definetly be dragging my butt across the finish line tomorrow. Steve got most of my little chores out of the way this weekend, and after the big snow on Saturday we haven't had any since for the boys to shovel. As a matter of fact it's suppose to be the low 40's for the next few days which is rapidly melting the snow we did get...(more on the way this weekend however). Charley left a few minutes ago after disinfecting the bathroom, washing the sheets, and re-making the bed for me. So...the rest of my day will be spent washing my hair(whats left)getting a shower, and then resting in preparation for the nasty week of pred ahead of me. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate taking that s***?...hahaha! I get hyper just thinking about it! Thanks for thinking about me John, you and the others have been my rock through all of this and I love you all. Hope all goes well for everyone else doing chemo this week or going in for scans. My prayers and good thoughts are with all of you.
Love...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10) (hopefully in remission)!!!0 -

Hi, Sue,
I will be carrying your spirits (and everyone's here) with me tomorrow when I go in to hear my results of the scans and then receive the chemo. I look forward to hear a good prognosis. One thing that I know very well is that I feel a lot better than the beginning of my treatments so this has to be something positive for me. Anyway, just go day by day and be as comfy as you can be, my dear. I will be thinking of you - and I will remember about that pred in the sock drawer!
Hugs,

Thanks ladies...your the best! I'll be thinking of you also Liz, and Fran. She had to go in today and then again tomorrow for her treatment, and she said it really knocks her down hard for about 10 days. You be sure to let us know your scan results Liz...I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Thanks Lisha, Mary and Chris...hope all is going good with you all. Any "new" news Lisha? I'm anxious for you to get those tests finished and moving forward towards a game plan. I'm keeping Delores in my prayers and hoping she makes it through the holidays..(and longer). Don't work too hard Mary! I'll try to keep a sense of humor Chris...especially this week while on the pred. I'm sure I'll be bugging you guys around Thursday...by then I'll be rum-dummy from no sleep, so be ready...haha!

Sue,
I woke up this morning and the first thing that I thought was this is Sue's big day. It's been a long haul with buses, bumps and ditches getting to this point, but it will all be worth it after today. Now it's time for the body to rest and heal itself. You are probably still asleep because of the 3 hour time difference. Just wanted to wish you luck for today. Be thinking of ya!!!!
