exchange surgery done!
firstly....apologies for not being on here in months!
secondly...i hope everyone is ok???
well i had my exchange on october 26th. All went well.
They put in the Allergan 410's (gummy) in the moderate height extra full projection in the 370 gram implants.
They look pretty ok if i do say so myself!
Not as big as i would have liked maybe....but they are a good shape....feel SOFT....and are better than my expanders!!!!
healing ok. there is a slight difference in the upper pole fullness between the left and right side. But my PS said its still early days yet.

Hey m-star,
Thanks for letting us know. Someone was asking about you on here not too long ago. Glad to hear from you. Isn't a relief to have those nasty expanders out. I just had mine taken out last Wednesday. I went back to work last Thurdays for the 1st time since my surgery last Feb. Its good to be back.Things are feeling more 'normal' again now.Having a few symmetry issues with my new surgery but am being told its still early days. Now things are settled,i am not quite as happy with the appearence.... but i feel i should be thankful that my risk is now reduced,which was the main aim in the first place.
I also use the BC.org site but again,not as much these days....

A little update to let you know i'm doing fine
Miss all the old crowd on here but hardly seem to get time to come on any more since back at work =(
I hope you are all keeping as well as possible. My implants have settled well. possibilty of some fat grafting ahead but i think i'm happy now and so won't need it.
