I've burnt the lot!!!!!

That's it tomorrow is D.day! I've just thrown every smoking product I own on the fire! Hooray, I've been taking champix for 7 days now and that is it I'm giving up my stinking habit for me and for my children. Wish me luck ladies, I've done it twice before for my babies with no help ,so I am sure as hell i can do it with the help I am being given!!!, watch this space.

    Day one!
    Day one done!!!!!! Day one has always been my hardest day my previous quitting times! The last two times once I had that under my belt the rest was a piece of cake! Although I was pregnant ,so had a very good reason to keep up the good work.I don't want to count my chickens before they have hatched!
    I must say although I have thought about having a cigarette,, I have not actually craved one! Plus I have been in a really good mood and not got stressed with the children at all! Whoever discovered these tablets is a god! Thank you.

    You can do this!!!! I quit cold turkey 15 years ago and at first I'd literally dream about smoking and now I can't believe I ever did. Do this for your children and for yourself.

    Pleased to report another easy day!!! Go and see my stop smoking therapist tomorrow, I can't wait to see her and thank her for giving me these awesome tablets!! They rock , I never thought I would be able to do it (unless pregnant) but so far easy peasy, touch wood! Yay!!!

    Hi ladies,

    I have been away for a few days skiing in Austria !!! It was great, but a huge test for me as they smoke in all the bars and restaurants, and I am pleased to say I wasn't even tempted, and found the smell quite foul!!!!!!
    Hooray I have beaten my addiction!!!!!

    Happy days!

    After seeing our mom's go thru so much and courage they have, we can dig down extra deep and find the strength we never knew we had.

    Congratulations
    My daughter quit a year ago and she cannot believe that she was ever a smoker. She said when she was tempted she asked herself do you want to be a smoker or a non-smoker. The decision not to smoke is the best gift you will ever give your family !
