Adrenal gland cancer

My husband is 65 yrs. old and has just been diagnosed with adrenal gland cancer in Sept. 2010. He had surgery 2 yrs. ago this Nov. 18, 2008 for renal cell carcinoma which they said was as big as his head when they got in there, so they had to take his left kidney and now the cancer has come back on the adrenal gland of his right kidney. He went to his cancer dr. the 18th of Nov. and he told him he needs to get it out because of his blood pressure being high. He goes back to the surgeon Dec. 2, 2010 to see what he tells him. Can anybody tell me what to expect? We've been married 23 yrs. and I really depend on him for everything, cause I don't work and can't find a job. He takes care of the bills and I do the housework.

    I'm sorry I can't answer your questions as I have had a different type of cancer but have had issues seemingly certering around the adrenal glands and kidneys so I am curious as to what symptoms your husband might have shown that is common to adrenal cancer?

    I would appreciate anything you have to offer me in observations.
