    Funny how I did not know what NED meant! Now this simple 3 letter word has given me more strength, commitment and passion to move forward! I am taking a Yoga class (TY Sweetblood22 for the inspiration!) am committed to gaining 10lbs by Christmas, and become more passionate for the Lord! Thank you Hondo, you are a blessing.
