Husband passed away this morning

Sorry to say, my husband, Hal, lost his life to this terrible disease this morning.
thank you all for your words of encouragement over these past 12 months.

He is in heaven now - pain free and no cancer!

    We will pray for you........
    as you go thru this tough time. I have been following Hal's story on caring bridge as I have much in common with him.. Know that you have our sympathies and prayers this week. We all must stick together to fight this disease. God bless you and your family.

    I'm so, so sorry for your loss. May you and your daughter feel the loving hands of God as he wraps you in his arms. May you feel His peace, comfort and be assurred in the dark days that He is with you and will see you through your pain. And may you find joy in knowing Hal is now free of pain and dancing in heaven!

    I too have been following Hal's journey on his caringbridge site. It saddened me to read he had passed....I hope you can take comfort in the fact he is now pain free and in a better place.

    Dearest Rhonda,
    May I send you my most heartfelt sympathies on your loss of your husband, Hal. I lost my dad on March 9, 2010. It does not get better, but it does get easier to deal with. I get comfort in knowing that they are both in a much better place now. They are no longer suffering. They are no longer in pain. We will see them again, and we will all spend eternity together! We are always here for you. You can also find comfort on the caregivers or surviving caregivers discussion boards. May God give you the peace you will need at this most difficult time. Stay in touch.
