I just want to wish both of you the best of luck with your surgery's next week. All of your sister's in pink here will be praying and thinking of you.

You know how much we all love you and will be with you in spirit.

MyTurnNow's surgery is Monday and Heatherbelle's is Tuesday.

When you feel like it, please post to update us.

    I know your surgeries will go well. I will be thinking of you both and hoping for speedy recoveries! You are on the verge of getting another thing checked off your list to being finished with the cancer deal and back to real life! Best wishes!

    Best wishes for a quick recovery.
    When I had my surgery, I told my surgical team not to say anything while I was under that they would not say while I was awake. I had read that we can hear them and it can effect our healing if they say something negative. When I woke up my husband said, "Good new, your nodes were clear." I said, "Yes, I know." I don't remember hearing it but I just knew. Isn't that interesting?

    I'll be thinking of both of you. Love and light.

    Thank you so much! You are right -i can't wait and am now counting down the hours rather than days until my surgery (approx 52 hours and some-odd minutes....). I'll be there with MyTurnNow on Monday & am looking forward to having you all keep me company on Tuesday. I love you all :)

    I didn't realize you were
    I didn't realize you were both having surgery's almost on the same day. Is this for reconstruction?

    I wish you both the best and will say a prayer for you.

    Yes-we're both having our exchange surgeries -trading in these hard painful expanders for soft squishy implants. Thank you for the prayers :)

    I will be with you two, just like the other sisters. I know you are both looking forward to getting rid of your expanders and getting your new implants.

    I had a lumpectomy Heather,
    I had a lumpectomy Heather, so, I don't have any idea how painful your expanders are, but, it seems they are for everyone that has them.

    Very happy that you are getting the implants. Are you getting saline or silicone?

    anyone else going through a procedure tomorrow! these ladies especially helped me on my journey, so of course i will continue to be there for them! all of our sisters in pink need to be aware of the fact that we are there with them, holding their hands and offering our support!!

    Hey Ladies, I'm sending best wishes out to both of you, can't wait to see you back on the board,and hear all about it,I had a mastectomy June 1st and started chemo the end of July,but decided to wait until next year to have reconstruction.when i started this journey i was lost but thanks to you ladies i have learned a whole lot,thanks again and best wishes tomorrow and tuesday.
