Stuffed Mushroom Recipe
I make about 3 pans 9 x 9 (or close to that) these are the amounts I would use
Cut about half of the mushroom stems in small pieces (if stems are short cut more than 1/2)
Chop Onion (I love onion so I use a big medium onion)
Garlic Salt
2 tubes of sausage (I use mild flavor - don't buy the cheap stuff it makes a difference)
About 5 ozs of shredded Mozerella cheese
Mix altogether
Stuff mushrooms with mixture
Put in oven at 325, usually at least 30 minutes you might have to poke into sausage to make sure it is done
After they are cooked I put a heap of mozerella cheese on each mushroom and then cook for about another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Hope this makes sense. Anything I make I never have measurements so if you try it hope it turns out for you.
Bon appetite
Kim

Thanks so much!
It sounds delish and will certainly be on my shopping list.
You are like any good cook with the no measurements...lol...I had a heck of a time getting my mother to write out some of my fav receipes for just the same reason!
Happy cooking!

thank you Kim
I'll have to half the recipe, or maybe if I can get my son the mathematical genius to figure it out for me 1/4 of it, being a mushroom hater and all, but I think I'm going to be the highway hero with the rest of the family when I try this recipe. The ingredients except for the mushroom part had me salivating.
Again thank you for sharing, I'll let you know next week how they turned out!!!

Just use one tube of sausage and cut back on everything else. If I have left over, I'll squish them and make sausage breakfast patties and feeze them. Hope it works out for you
