Hi All,

Just a note to say I found a very good online Supplier called iHerb.com

While I don't necessarily endorse any product or supplier I found they sell most famous and reputable brands and have a very extensive range of prodcts so I found everything I needed. They have a few different brands of the L-Glutamine in powder form as well for those who had some difficulty finding it in 1-2lb containers in Powder form.

You can search by product or by brand/manufacturer.

I also note their prices were usually considerably cheaper than the online prices offered by the manufacturers online stores.

As many know, I am on a regime of vitamins & supplements which I believe has helped my recovery from the treatments and also is aimed at preventing a recurrence - by giving my body everything it needs, especially my immune system.

I have not been sick once & hadn't had even a sniffle since I started, till yesterday, when I felt I was coming down with a heavy flu - aches pains, headache, stomach.... Both my kiddies are sick, half the office is sick and we had Autumn start overnight here with a sudden drop in temperature last week. I was a little distressed to be getting sick and left work early, couldn't eat, went to bed early.

I was amazed to wake up feeling pretty well 100%. I have never recovered so quickly from a flu or cold. Could be something to this.

    Thanks for the info. Always nice to have another source that provide products for less expensive. I will check them out. On another subject Scan, have you read "rave diet" I just received it in the mail and started on it. It comes with a DVD called "Eating".

    Thanks Scam. I'm always looking for better prices on supplements. So expensive and insurance doesn't cover them. HSA can be used though. All my best to you.

    Stuff arrived
    I ordered a bunch of stuff from iherb as mentioned above. The order did get lost enroute due to the lack of a Chines address but it finally arrived last Friday. Just to compare a couple of items prices: I got a:

    L-Glutamine Powder - 1000g (2.2lbs) Tub (Jarrow) for $38.37
    Resveratrol Plus Veggie caps 100mg x 60 (Country Life) $10.54
    MCP Powder 7.05oz (220g) Source Naturals $35.27

    These are 20-40% cheaper than what I was paying elsewhere.
