Emergency Root Canal Today... on Avastin.... should I worry?

Went to dentist today for what I thought was going to be a cap replacement. No big deal. I have been up ALL nite with tooth....gums actually..hurting..to the point of REAL tears. I have never been soooo happy to see a dentist. Anyway, he numbs my bottom back gum area then goes in with cold water and air....whew...I about flew up off the dang chair... that coldness hit the top back tooth and it hurt like heck...brought tears to my eyes immediately.... I didn't even know THAT tooth had an issue. As it turns out my bottom gum area was hurting from THAT top tooth...strange... even tho my lips and cheek were numb that bottom gum area was still hurting...as soon as he numbed my top area...the bottom immediately stopped hurting..wtf???? I had a filling in the top tooth so he took that out and when he did he said it had so much decay under the filling that it crumbled and when he cleaned out the decay it went all the way to the nerve...which is why my butt came off the chair...again...more novacain... so he had to do an emergency root canal...no choice at that point. I knew I had just had Avastin yesterday but what was I suppose to do. Onc said NO dental surgeries (which is what a root canal is considered) after I restarted the Avastin last month. But I had to go thru with it..what was I suppose to do?? Tell the dentist to put all the rot back and...nevermind???? NOOOOO.

So.... now all I keep thinking about is IF its going to bleed..where would it bleed? Not in my mouth..,.thats all sealed back up now with temp crown on top of root canal... so does it bleed anywhere else??? Also, Avastin makes for slow healing...crap, does that mean my root canal could take forever to heal with possibilities of infection???? I do not want tpo call my Onc and ask him because he is going to be mad that I did that. I was spitting blood earlier but it was NOT coming no where from inside my mouth. BUT, I had just used my Neti Pot to rinse my nasal passages and blood could have come from there and been in my throat??? I seen ENT yesterday and have large scabby sores DEEP in sinus canal that keeps bleeding.... Avastin related.

I just want tpo make sure you cannoy bleed internally from a root canal. Does anyone know???? LOL...man, I have the stupidest stuff happen to me... Any comments would be appreciated...thanks guys!!!
