Pepepepebcn said:is it the one dessigned by HOward Hughes?
not seen one in Europe!
OK, here is the scoop. Columbia closed in 1978 + in 1979, Howard Hughes from Hughes Boats Works picked up the molds, went into receivership in 1982 but took the line back in 1986. The 29 ft (8.7 metre) boat is known for its 6ft 1" headroom. It is a cruising boat, but is fairly speedy. What kind of boats do you design?0 -
Octoberfest!
On Sunday we're going to an Octoberfest celebration our church does every year. Games, snacks, fishing, hiking, etc., then dinner, a hayride, and a bonfire. Because this year our celebration is being held on Halloween day, we're going to have a costume contest, too. I still have no idea what Bill and I are wearing. Suggestions for cheap and simple costumes would be welcome!
*hugs*

Since the winds are down & temps still in low 80s here in S Tx. just gotta get some fishing
in before it does get to cool & rainy (no snow)
Off pump, feel much better today.

Just being a slug....
I'm just being a slug this evening. Feeling sorry for myself. My son is out at a party (he does NOT let cancer stop his fun!) I love that kid!!!!
Saturday I'm taking little diva to her music class, then a halloween party, then going to by my son a car (used of course) for his 20th birthday next Wednesday (he'll be so suprised!!)
Sunday I'm taking my little diva and my nieces pieces (my only niece)to the circus and trick or treating.
Then back to the grind.....

LOL!
We call it also chestnut day , as in the night is tradition to eat them! Now is a mixed Fiesta between chestnut day and Halloween,!
Wow that is a new one for me. We don't have that here in the US, but I always thought that Chestnuts were eaten on Christmas Eve. Well so much for tradition
